Chronic Kidney Disease Decreased kidney function (eGFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2) persistent over at lease 3 months pre-renal (evidence of renovascular disease) renal artery stenosis drugs (eg NSAIDS) chronic hypoperfusion renal (abnormal urinalysis: proteinuria/pyuria) tubular/interstitial urinary tract infection (chronic or recurrent pylonephritis) congeital abnormalitieis of the kidney and urinary tract (eg. polycystic kidney disease) immune (sarcoid, sjögren) hypercalciuria/nephrolithiasis drugs (NSAIDs analgesics glomerular nephrotic syndrome (steroid resistant) glomerulonephritis hemolytic uremic syndrome diabetes post-renal obstruction/hydronephrosis on U/S obstructive uropathy reflux nephropathy constipation.
